Ms. Kelly was one of the early employees at Roivant Sciences, where she currently leads the deal team and is responsible for senior executive recruiting. Since joining Roivant in early 2016, Ms. Kelly has been responsible for 20 transactions, leading to the launch of nine new “Vants,” including one publicly traded subsidiary (Myovant Sciences). 

Before joining Roivant, Ms. Kelly spent 11 years as a trial lawyer, including four years as an Assistant United States Attorney in Alexandria, Virginia, where she prosecuted cybercrime/national security cases, such as Chelsea (Bradley) Manning, Edward Snowden and Kim Dotcom/Megaupload. 

Ms. Kelly received undergraduate degrees in biology and history from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and she received her M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Chicago. Following law school, Ms. Kelly clerked for then-Chief Judge Paul Michel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Ms. Kelly is also a registered patent attorney and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
